1. Do I need to pay for anything to play Rival Saga?
= No. You can play Rival Saga for free any time. You will enjoy Rival Saga better, though, if you sign up for a Saga Master Account.

2. What is the Saga Master account?

= The Saga Master account is Rival Saga’s premium account, as opposed to the free Saga Adventurer account. For a detailed comparison of the two accounts, please click here.

3. How many accounts can I create?
= Feel free to create as many accounts as you like. For more information on creating your account, please click here.

4. How do I log in to my account?
= Simply go to Login under Account on the Rival Saga home page and enter your registered username and password.

5. Can I use special characters for my username?
= No. You can only use a combination of letters and numbers for your username, with a minimum of six characters.

6. Can I change my username?
= No. You can only change your password. If you don’t like your current username, you will need to create a new one by creating a new account, so make sure you choose a unique username you can stick to upon registering.

7. Is there a way to save my username and password?
= For your own security, you will be asked to type in your username and password each time you log in to the game, so make sure you remember these important pieces of information.

8. What do I do if I forget my game username and/or password?
= Don’t worry. You can still retrieve your username and/or password by going to Manage Account on the Rival Saga home page.

9. How do I close the World Map panel?
= The World Map panel does not have a close button, so to continue playing, open up another panel (like the Inventory panel, for example) and then close that. You should be back at the main screen.
