There are three main means of transportation in JaJarp. The first are hovercrafts, called Levs, which can hover for up to two meters above the ground. They are made mostly of metal with leather interiors, and are fueled by distilled Lac. They are especially popular in Cachies, where most of them are made, as well as in Fru, where the roads are narrow, although they can be used in all types of weather. The most popular type of Lev is the Celio, which hovers a meter above the ground and can move at a very high speed.
The second main means of transportation in JaJarp are the wheeled vehicles, the most popular of which is the Sabatu, a two-person vehicle with one large tire at the rear and two smaller tires at the front. The Sabatu 1400 series is also a popular racing vehicle. Like the Levs, most wheeled vehicles are powered by distilled Lac, although there are still some that are drawn by horses and other four-legged creatures.
Finally, there is the tram, which runs through all the four cities of JaJarp, as well as principalities and villages within a seventy-mile radius of each. The tram is the only means of public transportation and continuously runs on tanks of distilled Lac on tramways that are usually located high above the ground or sometimes, a few miles underground.
