There are also three main means of communication throughout JaJarp. The first is through circular mobile devices which can be clasped either around one¡¦s wrist or upper arm. These are called Eos, and are fairly new and expensive, although they are quickly becoming popular because of their mobility and wide signal coverage.

The second way of communicating in JaJarp is through Picons, birds of prey that are as small as pigeons yet as swift as falcons. These are usually raised in the forests around Grenielle and then trained in Hilsh.

Finally, the people of JaJarp can also communicate through special orbs made in Hilsh. These orbs are very reliable but are also relatively heavy and fragile.
