Although forgetful and hard of hearing at times because of his advanced age, Victus is one of the wisest wizards in Hilsh and draws from his array of magical skills and stores of experience as he helps protect Hilsh from the Overlord. He, too, is a member of the royal advisory council and is well acquainted with the King and Queen of Hilsh.
